I love this mindfulness app. It doesn't gameify, it's doesn't sell, it doesn't make recommendations, it doesn't have 100 choices to make, it doesn't have logins or passwords or profiles, it doesn't have coaches subtly vying for you to choose them. It just gives you the for a wonderful calming experience in 1-2 clicks, no fuss, no hassle, no algorithms, only what you want and need.

It's not the slickest app out there and there are no notifications, reminders or customisation options as far as I can see, but that's fine. It has a good library of meditations and short training videos, it's completely free and there are no ads. Simple and effective; it just does the job.
